TAYLOR (WWJ) — Police are asking for the public’s help finding a man who broke into a Taylor car dealership early Wednesday morning.
Taylor police officials say the incident happened just after midnight Wednesday at a dealership near Telegraph and Goddard Roads.
While authorities did not specify the dealership, Fox Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is located at Telegraph and Brest, about a half mile south of Goddard.
Taylor police shared photos of the suspect to the department’s Facebook page Wednesday afternoon, showing a man wearing black pants, a black Nike Jacket, Air Jordan Retro 12 “Cool Grey” shoes and carrying a black Nike backpack.
While officials said the suspect “broke into a local auto dealership and vehicles” in the area, they did not specify if the vehicles he broke into were on the car lot or elsewhere in the area.
Authorities did not say what, if anything, was taken in the alleged break-in.
Officials are asking anyone who recognizes the suspect or knows something about the break-in to call the Taylor Police Department at 734-287-6611.
