In what can only be described as a very bad day for everyone involved, the owner of an Alfa Romeo Giulia dropped his car at a service centre for some minor repairs, and when he returned found his car involved in a serious collision with three other cars.

In a post on social media platform Reddit, the owner alleges that a service technician from the dealer lost control of the Giulia and crashed through a Porsche 911 Cabrio, into a Mercedes-Benz GLE and Dodge Challenger.

The dealer, located in Louisville, Kentucky USA, sells new Porsche, Audi, Maserati, Alfa Romeo, Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles.

No one was hurt in the incident.

The shocking photos that show the Alfa lodged in the middle of the 992-generation Porsche 911 Cabriolet hint at significant speeds being involved before the accident.

The Giulia Quadrifoglio is powered by a 375kW/600Nm 2.9-litre twin-turbo V6 driving the rear wheels. The photos of the crash show that it was raining, which could have also contributed to the incident.

The owner of the Alfa Romeo took to Reddit to explain how the accident happened, noting: “I was told was the tech was test driving and got cut off, lost control, ran over a tree and went airborne. That’s all I know.”
