The Better Business Bureau (BBB) St. Louis has revoked McGrath Fulton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram’s accreditation for violating its agreement, according to a Friday news release.

BBB said it contacted McGrath Fulton on numerous occasions regarding a consumer complaint that alleges failure to provide a refund.

The company has not responded to BBB’s outreach.

Accredited businesses are required to respond to customer complaints and BBB inquiries and make a good faith effort to resolve complaints, among other guidelines.

BBB asked McGrath Fulton for its resignation as an accredited business, but the company did not provide it, according to the news release.

BBB executive committee revoked their accreditation on April 16 upon recommendation of its standards and compliance committee.

“Revocation of BBB Accreditation status is unfortunate,” BBB St. Louis President and CEO Michelle Corey said. “However, BBB takes enforcement of its standards very seriously. Applicants for BBB Accreditation also must meet BBB standards and can be denied BBB Accreditation if they fail to comply.”
