While the sports car oddity may seem an unlikely hero, it did enjoy a global following, sold in a multitude of markets under different names. The car we know as the Eureka was called the Ledl in Austria, Defi in France, Scorpion in New Zealand, Gryff in Switzerland, Sterling in the US (pictured, above), Tarantula in Zimbabwe, and Puma in Italy while in India, a battery-electric version was called the SuperNova-EV.
