2024 Ineos Grenadier hit with price rises of almost $15,000

Just a handful of days after production of the Ineos Grenadier pick-up began, the 4×4’s wagon grades have become more expensive in Australia.

The ‘utility wagon’ and ‘station wagon’ versions of the Ineos Grenadier have been hit with significant price increases of up to $14,600, bringing the two variants in line with pricing for the upcoming ‘Quartermaster’ pick-up.

In the configurator section of the Ineos Grenadier’s Australian website, list prices for the base two-seat utility wagon and five-seat station wagon have been increased by $12,000 – up from $97,000 and $98,000 plus on-road costs to $109,000 and $110,000 respectively.

Prices of the better-equipped Grenadier Trailmaster and Fieldmaster grades have risen as well, now identically priced when based on the utility wagon ($122,000 plus on-road costs) or station wagon ($123,000 plus on-road costs) – with the increases ranging from $13,475 to $14,600.

The price increases bring the Ineos Grenadier station wagon in line with the upcoming Grenadier Quartermaster dual-cab pick-up, which entered production in France earlier this week and is due to arrive in Australian showrooms through the first half of 2024.

The recent price rises also come without any additional technology or equipment. Drive has contacted Ineos to clarify its reasoning behind the increase.

Australian deliveries of the Ineos Grenadier began earlier this year, though it is not known how many examples have been sold as the company does not publish monthly sales figures.
